I am a vacation rental owner who bought a listing on Vrbo. I have had 8 renters tell me they are unable to leave a review on the site (all positive).

I called customer service, and "Jason with a Y" (what?), told me, over and over again, that all 8 separate customers, "Must be confused". I asked him how all 8 could make the very same mistake, and he kept saying over and over again, "I don't know, but that's not my problem". I then pointed out it must be some kind of crazy conspiracy, and he kept saying, "I'm a religious man, Ma'am, and I don't appreciate your tone". What???

What does his religion and my complaint have to do with each other. When I asked to talk to a supervisor, he hung up on me.

Monetary Loss: $1000.
