I booked a house in the poconos for the weekend that just passed from Friday to Sunday I kept reaching out to host no response I called Vrbo to see what was going on they messaged host then at 12am Friday morning (day of trip) host cancel last min saying someone has been in the house for over a year and that he didnt know how I was able to book so instead of Vrbo helping me I got hung up on 3 times was up half the night tryna figure out was I was going to tell the other couple who was going with after they already paid out of pocket that trip got canceled and to top that off they wanted to put us in hotel for one night and we had to figure out the rest of the stay which I thought was crazy because what if I spent whatever I had to book with you and this happened ima need for them to do better signed an angry pissed customer

User's recommendation: Just make sure you communicate with owner before booking paying your money.

Preferred solution: Nothing.
