This Charming Shoebox was a dump: could not flush toliet; bathtub falling apart - unable to shower; not electrical outlets. Rugs flithy; mold around kitchen sink & in heating wall units; no heat in 1st bedroom; no extra blankets; no dish or bath soap; Refrig rusted outside & inside.

FLoor in kitchen separated . We had to leave early because it was so bad. My husband & I are cancer survivors & can not be in such an environment.

Please take this off your website so others do not have such a horrible experience! We expect a full refund

I had issues with my property going live and pending verification. I am glad it has now been sorted and I have been advised to wait for the 48 to 72-hour period for full verification.

I can't access my vrbo account because I no longer have my email account activated and I haven't been paid for a previous reservation. Reservation id: HAS4TFHC. I would also like to cancel both of my listing's as well but I can't access my account to do this, because I don't have my email address and I've changed my phone number too.

I cant get into my account. Someone is trying to list my property and I cannot help them because I cant get into my account.

Hello, I have a second home in Lexington, KY and the "property manager" who was helping me manage the listing has recently removed my email and address, which denies me access to the property listing and I simply want the listing removed. VRBO customer service (the worst) requested I give proof of ownership of the property (land deed, ID and recent utility bill), all of which I provided.

NO LESS THAN 5 SEPARATE TIMES.

And they refuse to help me because despite my supporting evidence, all they will do is two-factor authentication, which clearly won't work since I have been removed from the listing. Any ideas?

I book a vrbo vacation home every christmas fir my family. No issues .

As canadians have been advised not to go ro the us. I booked a mexico vrbo this year. I received confirmation and booked 4 nonrefundable airline tickets.

I was notified by thrle owners that they had been booked on another site. Vrbo charged me thousands of dollars and I still have not received a fill refund 20 days later and have no where to stay

I booked this for a school trip and would use this in the future a lot. I was charged a fee on my credit card, but no explanation for it.

I actually booked 2 and only got the charge on one booking. The rep could not help me at all.

kept asking the same questions and was on hold with the agent for a long time. still no response.

No accountability. They blame the host who was terrible.

Had wait to get in. Three of us and only one key. One half a roll of toilet paper. No spatula, broken wine opener and no instructions on how to use the stove.

A day later the neighbor helped and together we finally figured it out. We would not recommend this place

Auto system wanted to send me texts but didnt have a phone number so couldnt. Nonsense systems!!

Solved the problem another way.

Not impressed - plus the voice from VRBO wasnt very clear.

I have not yet received a refund for my cancelled reservation (VRBO ID-1584****). This reservation was cancelled via Expedia on October 8, 2025.

Can you ensure that a refund will be issued?

Poor communication with customer service agents Had to repeat myself over a 3 week period. Poor in comparison to Air b and B

It is very difficult to contact Vrbo. You need to state that reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Your 877 number does not work.

No effort to solve my problem. We reserved somewhere else.

Won't use the service anymore. Thanks
