Charged my card 4 times for insurance . Book a cabin and took my money .

Then owner told me it was not avalible for what selected . I need someone to call me back and resolve this and need some discount or refund for my inconvience

User's recommendation: Be careful when you deal with vrbo .

Monetary Loss: $400.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

VRBO took my $ as well. They only refunded my stay 50% even though I purchased insurance (they said it was the wrong one) and WELL WITHIN THE 24-HOUR PERIOD!!!

My fiance came home with COVID symptoms and we were unable to travel for fear of his health and the health of others!! They DID NOT CARE, nor did the homeowner "Rosie' in Buckeye, AZ to spite my advising her of the cleaning that would be required if we did stay.

They refused to refund me anything more than 50%!! DO NOT USE VRBO AND IF YOU DO, MAKE SURE YOU PREPARED TO SANITIZE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY!!
