Concern !
We booked with this VRBO and now they are charging extra fees for my dog. They have misinformed us on several different charges that will be made.
My girlfriend just booked this 2 days ago. She is under a lot of distress due to medical issues.
She doesn't feel comfortable anymore renting from this company. How can we proceed?

- - I got an email saying the issue was resolved before I replied, and I still have no response.
I received one email from Vrbo asking about my problem but before I had even submitted my reply I received an email saying the issue was "resolved". How could that be?! And still no response from them.

We were refunded for our whole stay due to ants in the kitchen. The host was not willing to refund until VRBO customer service became involved.
Once they viewed the photos and heard our side, we were granted a full refund. I could not be more pleased with their customer service.

I had a rental that had terrible service. Packages kept being delivered, the AC leaked in the bedroom all over the floor, the shower backed up, the dishwasher didn't work, etc.
The owner refused a partial refund and offered a voucher for future use, like I'd ever use them again! VRBO is no help and won't post my review after assuring me they would. All calls are to an Indian call center and won't forward the issue up the chain.
Over a month and no help. VRBO doesn't take responsibility for their properties.
- Lots of choices
- Terrible customer service if you have any issues

Vrbo just like has not custemer service...I am not clear with them because they are low with service.
I need a text or email receipt of my trip to Telluride.
I was trying to get a copy of my VRBO receipt and didn't know how. I finally got the info from your site and a guy in India but just sending a text or email after I paid would have been the BEST.

1st- it was hard to reach a real person thru the app and kept going to chat which repeatedly said it couldnt help. 2- I finally spoke to a representative and he said they would get back to us with 24 hours and nothing.
I called again and was told again 24 hrs. Our condo was discussing. Dirty sheets, blankets, and towels. No extra blankets, dirty bunk bed stairs and rails.
3rd- we posted a review and it would appear to be gone. I googled the room and someone else posted this exact same thing a year ago and the conditions have not been changed.
The condo manager repeated said it was all on the condo owner and were of no help. And now no communication from Vrbo.

My booking was cancelled by the owner at the last minute, and my money, $994, has not been refunded. I need my money back.
I was given an email to provide to the bank, and I was told by the bank that because it was not fraud, they cannot do anything about me getting my money back. Will I have to go to court?

- - Tried to book a Ketchum condo via VRBO but routed to VACASA with a higher rate.
- - VACASA sent several emails about fees; some say fees aren't included.
I called about a booking I was trying to make through VRBO in Ketchum Idaho.
I sent the info to my sons in laws, who were still working on flights & schedules. I contacted who I thought was the owner to see if I could rent the condo for 3 nights Aug.26-29 and adjust the date on either side if need be.
We loved the closeness of the condo to my place, but when I went to book it, I kept getting routed to VACASA, who immediately raised the nightly rate to $240. I have had 5-6 different emails from VACASA (all with different people)...one of who said the original quote did not include fees/taxes. I sent them a screen shot of the quote where it clearly shows that the fees are included!
When I tried to call VRBO today, I got someone (obviously from the Phillipines) who, when I started to explain, pretended that he could not hear me & hung up! I would like to book this condo, but feel something unethical is going on with the pricing and do not want to deal with VACASA!
Please send me a US phone number where I can speak with someone from VRBO... not in the Philippines.
I called a second time & after going through everything, I was again cut off from a bad connection!

- - Use week numbers and the calendar.

If you have a page on Danish, I expect you have a person who seks Danish. I hav asked many times , use weeks no also when you lookscat the kalender.

Long story but essentially a booking was made last January and then I never heard back from vrbo and thought trip had fallen through until all of a sudden condo owner reached out a week before with condo info! Admitted he hadn't been in contact with me.
Agreed to have me cancel and I got email from vrbo confirming refund. I have tried to reach out to them, they don't acknowledge refund even though I have the email from them.
