I booked an apartment in bagnoles de l'orne but had no information or able to contact the owner .

Arrived at address but know one the with keys spoke to the person in charge and had no booking for me at that address ,
so he arranged for me to stay at a nearby hotel as i had nowhere to stay
contacted vrbo on chat two or three times ,then finally managed to speak to someone on the phone.
They tried to contact the owner and was asked to wait an hour to see if they replied.
In the meantime they said that they would refund my losses and pay for the hotel i had to rent for the night 25 Sept .
I have had no call back or email on how to resolve this situation
what I would like to happen is :-
A full refund for the property booked
A full refund for the hotel i had to stay in (night 25 Sept)
Compensation for the loss of two days of my holiday that iv spent dealing with this and reorganizing my stay and phone calls to vrbo
I would appreciate a call back to resolve this situation today 26 Sept
i have tried to call again this morning 26 Sept but line just cuts off
